About Tees Valley Refurbishments Ltd
Our storybuilt one bathroom at a time
Over twenty years on the tools, one company, one specialism: bathrooms across Teesside, fitted properly.
Tees Valley Refurbishments Ltd is a bathroom fitting and installation company based in Stockton-on-Tees. The company is built on more than twenty years of hands-on trade experience, and it does one thing: bathrooms — bathroom fitting, complete bathroom installations, bathroom refurbishments, bathroom renovations, wet rooms and the specialist work that supports them.
We work across Stockton-on-Tees, Yarm, Ingleby Barwick, Eaglescliffe, Wynyard, Thornaby, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool. Every project starts with a free survey and a clear fixed written quotation.
3D bathroom design is available as part of the planning process. Each project is coordinated through one point of contact from the initial survey and planning through to final handover.

Bathrooms, start to finish
Complete bathroom fitting and installation across Stockton-on-Tees, Yarm, Ingleby Barwick, Eaglescliffe, Wynyard, Thornaby, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool, including full bathroom refurbishments, renovations and wet rooms. From survey, planning and 3D bathroom design through to final handover, every project is coordinated through one point of contact.
Why only bathrooms?
Because bathrooms are one of the hardest rooms in the house to get right. Plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, electrics and carpentry all meet in a few square metres, and a shortcut in any one of them can show up later as a leak, a cracked tile or a repair bill. Focusing on bathrooms means the experience from every project carries into the next — from planning and preparation through to the final finish.
We install your bathroom properly.

How we work
Not values on a poster — the actual rules of every job
Fixed-price, honest quotes
Every quotation is a fixed written price after a free survey. The price we agree is the price you pay, unless the scope changes and we agree it with you first.
One point of responsibility
Deyan runs every job personally, coordinating all the trades a bathroom needs — so nothing stalls between trades, and one person is answerable for the whole job.
The invisible work, on record
Tanking and waterproofing are photographed before tiling on every wet area we build — so what protects your bathroom is documented, not taken on trust.
See the work, then decide
The story only matters if the bathrooms back it up. Look through our completed projects, then book a free survey when you're ready.
