Upgrading a new-build en-suite — a rigid low-profile tray, floor-to-ceiling tiling, real storage — is fast, clean work with an outsized payoff, and it's becoming a steady share of what we do in TS16.

Yes — all of them, including houses still under warranty. We're used to working alongside NHBC considerations; cosmetic and fit-out upgrades don't affect the structural warranty, and we'll tell you plainly if anything you're planning would.

Can you handle a large period bathroom properly?

That's the work we enjoy most. Big rooms punish shortcuts — setting out matters, tiling quality shows — and our tiling is done on prepared, boarded, tanked backgrounds without exception.
