“We contacted Deyan after receiving many quotes for our new bathroom. We were in the middle of renovating our full house but our bathroom was a priority first. Deyan came out following many other tradesmen but he convinced us straight away. His warm, friendly nature was reassuring as the bathroom we had in front of us was not ideal. “Contacted TVR in September for a bathroom quote. Deyan visited the next day to talk through ideas/options. A couple of days later, I received an email quote from Deyan. Following other quotes, we decided to go with TVR with a few changes and booked in for ~2 months later. At every point, Deyan made sure to let me know how the job was progressing.
